    3. Meet 1:1 with your Elektra provider

    During the video visit, your Elektra provider will discuss your specific needs and recommend treatment options. We’ll share everything you need to know in a personalized, step-by-step Care Plan. This typically includes recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, supplements, as well as prescription medication and lab work, if appropriate.

    4. Stay in touch

    After your call, you have access to 30 days of unlimited text support from the Elektra Care Team.

      Which your provider will review in detail before your visit to understand your symptoms, goals, lifestyle & hormonal health history. No detail is too small.


    2. Schedule a 30-minute virtual visit with a board-certified provider
      After your visit, you'll receive a personalized care plan with recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle, supplements & prescription/lab work, if appropriate. 

    3. Start feeling better
      And feel free to reach out! You'll have access to 30 days of unlimited text support from the Elektra Care Team. You'll also have the option to book follow up visits for $49.

    *We do not currently accept insurance; however, you may request a receipt to submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Lab tests & prescriptions — if needed — may be covered by your existing insurance. We do accept FSA/HSA accounts, and you may pay directly with your card or submit your receipt for reimbursement.

    1. A photo of your driver's license, passport, or other form of ID to upload*

  • Part 1: Introductions

    Heads up that there are 5 parts to this questionnaire, and it generally takes around 8-10 minutes to complete. Before getting started, make sure you have the following required information close by:

    • General health history information 
    • List of medications/supplements you’re currently taking
    • Picture of your photo ID

    We’ll also be asking you for the following information, so feel free to gather it now if that’s easier (note: these are optional and you can submit these later if needed):

    • Date and results of your last mammogram
    • Copies of any labs and breast imaging reports from the last 12 months
    • Preferred pharmacy and insurance information
