  • COVID-19 Massage Policies and Procedures

  • New Cancellation Policy

    Due to the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, I have modified my cancellation policy to offer greater flexibilty to you, my valued client. I hope this will allevaite any stress and hesitation about your upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule because you're not feeling well, I understand and request for you to contact the office at (518)615-4622 within 12 hours of your appointment. To furthur support you, there WILL BE NO charge for cancellations due to illness. There WILL, however, be a charge OF THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR SERVICE for a NO SHOW (I'm left waiting at the office for you and you don't show up) of your scheduled appointment to the credit card. PLEASE communicate with a phone call or text.

  • Inappropriate Behavior: I understand that sexual energy or activity of any kind, before, during or after my massage therapy session WILL NOT be tolerated. Inappropriate behavior of any kind, as determined by my licensed massage therapist, will result in immediate termination of my session. I WILL be responsible for payment for the full session and the authorities will be notified of my behavior.

  • New Scheduling Policy

    Due to COVID-19, I am temporarily limiting my daily appointments. The health and safety of you, my valued client, is very important to me. If you are experiencing a fever, cough or sore throat, please reschedule your appointment. If you have been to a COVID-19 impacted area or been in close contact with a person infected with COVID-19, I ask that you please notify me so that I can reschedule your upcoming appointment for 14 days past the date of contact.

  • New Appointment Procedures:

    Due to the guidelines fom the CDC, State of NY, OSHA and The Department of Health, I ask for your patience and cooperation with the following:

    1. Please wait in your car  when you arrive and send me a text that you are in the parking lot. I will call or text you to come inside when I am ready for you to come in. The door  WILL  be locked until then.
    2. Please bring ONLY essential items  with you like your cell phone, car keys and a credit card or cash.  Please  leave coats and big purses in your car or at home.
    3. Please wear EASY to remove shoes  because you  MUST  remove them inside upon entering the office.
    4. You WILL be required to wear a mask for the ENTIRE time that you're inside the office, including your session on the massage table  ( a clean and sterilized mask will be provided upon your entry to the office) you will be able to remove your mask or pull it down when on your belly and breathe into the AromaBag-  NO EXCEPTIONS. I WILL  be wearing a mask at all times. Talking will be kept to a minimum.  IF  you're unable to wear a mask during your visit,  PLEASE wait  to schedule your massage  UNTIL  they are no longer necessary.
    5. Please be PREPARED to have your temperature and oxygen levels taken upon entering the office.  IF  you have a temperature of  100.4  or ABOVE,  we  MUST  reschedule your massage appointment.
    6. You WILL be asked to place your cell phone in the cell phone sanitizer  for 6 minutes. Our cell phones have been proven to be one of the  GERMIEST  things we own.
    7. Please proceed to the bathroom to wash your hand for 20-30 seconds- as per the CDC recommendations on the poster in the bathroom.  Please  leave the light on when leaving the bathroom.
    8. To keep the treatment room ventilated and the air circulating, the 2 windows will be opened when the temperature is ABOVE 50 degrees  (the table warmer will be on to keep you nice and toasty while on the massage table) and a  HEPA  air purifier  WILL  be running in the treatment room when it is too cold for open windows.
    9. Retrieve your cell phone from the phone sanitizer  AFTER  we discuss your area(s) of concern you would like addressed during your session.
    10. A disinfected plastic container will be provided for your clothing/items  during your session.
