We understand that things come up in life at the last minute where a cancellation or reschedule is required. We ask that you email, call, or text us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. This notice is required even in cases of contagious illness as described below. In your account on our website, you will only be able to change the date and time of your appointment, but if you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you had booked. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you had booked.
