• Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • We appreciate your business. So that we can provide the best service for all our of clients, please be advised of these policies. 

  • ARRIVAL TIME

  • If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full amount of the service you had booked.

  • CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • We understand that things come up in life at the last minute where a cancellation or reschedule is required. We ask that you email, call, or text us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel or reschedule. This notice is required even in cases of contagious illness as described below. In your account on our website, you will only be able to change the date and time of your appointment, but if you cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you had booked. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you had booked.

  • SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

  • If you or another in your immediate household develop symptoms of Covid-19, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. When you wish to book again and once you have finished quarantine, we ask that you call or text us if you tested positive for COVID-19. This is to protect your health and safety and that of our clientele and esthetician.
