Once registration is complete, your seat is reserved. You will receive an Invoice through PayPal to the email address you provided on your registratoin form. All payments (CHECK OR MONEY ORDER) will need to be mailed or dropped off to our office located at 103 W. Thomas Street. Also sent to the email listed on this registration form, you will also receive a Welcome Letter as an attachment on your PayPal invoice.

Inspire Professional Solutions LLC. offers payment plans as a way to increase affordability and access to education. The Installment Payment Plan allows students to defer the cost of tuition and fees through a payment option that offers installment payments rather than in one lump-sum payment. The Installment Payment Plan is available each semester beginning the opening day of registration. Early enrollment is encouraged because payment amounts are partially determined by the date on which the student signs up. Earlier signup results in lower installments, meaning much more affordable monthly payments. Students should review all of the information about the Plan carefully before signing up.
REGISTRATION FEE OF $100 is REQUIRED at the time of registration. The balance due will be divided by the number of months until the semester begins to determine the student’s monthly payment amount. MONTHLY PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH. Monthly payments are considered late after the 5th of the month. The student may make additional payments above the agreed monthly payment amount; however, they are still responsible for continued monthly payments.
A STUDENT ACCOUNT BECOMES DELINQUENT WHEN THE STUDENT HAS NOT MADE PAYMENT IN FULL TO Inspire Professional Solution LLC by the said deadline noted in this registration form prior to the semester start date. Students WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to begin the course if an account is delinquent.
BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REAFFIRM my outstanding debt pertaining to the course fee of $700 owed to Inspire Professional Solutions LLC . Which includes a 6 week course taught by a Certified Phlebotomy Instructor, a textbook rental fee, a Phlebotomy workbook, a Phlebotomy program handbook, and set of scrubs.
BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AGREE to pay my outstanding debt according to the following schedule, terms, and conditions.
All payments are due on or before semester start date.
