Beginning March 1st 2023 there will be a $500 application fee when submiting DG projects for approval. This fee is built into the bottom of this application and submission will not be allowed unless the payment is made. Starting September 1st, 2023, refunds are limited to the following: A full refund is available if the application is canceled within 72 hours of submission. Applications canceled after 72 hours are eligible for a $400 refund.
There is a $250 fee for projects that fail inspection. An invoice will be emailed to the installer when the project fails inspection. Re-inspection will not be performed until the re-inspection fee is paid.
Documentation will be reviewed within 5 business days. If we do not contact you within 5 business days asking for updates to your documentation, then your project has been approved for installation. There is no need for communication unless we reach out asking for corrections.
