Keys for Success

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, all in-person Music Therapy concerts have been suspended until further notice. To continue offering individuals opportunities to perform, Keys for Success will be hosting virtual concert experiences.

Individuals who participate will have their performance(s) video-recorded during one of their scheduled Music Therapy sessions. Performances will be uploaded to an unlisted or private YouTube playlist. With consent, performances will be live-streamed for a virtual concert experience.

Below are options for viewing and sharing your performance(s). Please initial next to the privacy preference that you give consent to:

Option 1: I wish to include my performance(s) in an unlisted YouTube playlist with other Keys for Success performances. 

• The playlist will be viewable forever to all family, friends, staff, and performers with access to a link to the playlist
• A link to the playlist will be sent via e-mail to all those who participate in the concert and give consent to their performance(s) being in the unlisted playlist. 
  • This playlist can be shared with family and friends, so the performance(s) may be seen by friends and families of other performers in the playlist

Option 2: I wish to include my performance(s) in a private YouTube playlist.

• The playlist will be viewable only to me and cannot be shared with others.

Option 1: I wish to include my performance(s) in a PUBLIC live-stream; this means that the live-stream will be viewable to anyone in the public during the chosen concert date and time. Following the live-stream, performance(s) will be available only in the chosen YouTube playlist.

Option 2: I do not wish to include my performance(s) in any live-stream.

If at any time you wish to have your video removed from the unlisted playlist, please contact your music therapist or Lindsay Menninger (lindsay@keysmusictherapy.com).
