Park at the front of the building and enter the main entrance. Take the elevator to the second floor. Open the door to suite 202 and quietly enter suite 202. Have a seat in the "MEETING ROOM" which is the second door on the right. Please wait in the meeting room. Someone will be with you shortly.

Restrooms are located by the elevator. 

Ample free parking is available.

REFUND POLICY REMINDER

All payments are non-refundable. Exam credit may be issued. Refunds or exam credit credit will not be granted for no-shows, refusals to be tested or inconclusive results. If you cancel your appointment more than 72 hours prior to your exam, a future exam credit will be given. 

 

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY REMINDER

We have back to back appointments daily and cannot accomiadate excessively late arrivals. All clients are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to their examination time. Clients that arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be rescheduled or your services may cancelled without refund. If you are going to be late, please let us know immediately.
