Using images, writing, poetry, and other forms of creative expression helps us learn to interweave the varied and complex emotions of experience. It helps us find the ray of light that will burn off our fog. It allows us to walk into the dense unknown and to be able to walk out again having learned to find serenity in the unknown. Exploring the ways it is possible to walk through the dense fog of life’s difficult experiences gives us the strength and courage we need to know how and when to keep moving. It helps us to hold on, knowing that the fog will lift again and again.
We will cover:
W1 - Uncertainty limits vision and the markers that provide direction
W2 - Ambiguity tends to pile-up giving way to overwhelm and feeling weighed down
W3 - The unknown gives fear strength as it erases direction
W4 - In the foggy shadows of uncertainty hide traumas looking for ways out.
W5 - Even within the immobilizing power of fog there is possibility
W6 - Finding your way
