From 2018-2020, I served college age students at the University Counseling Center at NC State University for a total of 2,000 supervised counseling hours post-licensure. Currently, I am working at Lifescapes Counseling Associates, PLLC in Apex, NC serving clients from the age of 13 to 65 with a variety of clinical concerns. Using an evidence-based, client-centered, feminist approach, I work to help my clients make meaning of tough life experiences and find balance in their lives so that they can live as their best self. I have worked with a variety of mental health and wellness issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship issues, social and test anxiety, grief and loss, and eating disorders. I frequently use a client-centered approach and cognitive-behavior techniques to help facilitate change toward a better life balance.
