Farmers Electric Solar/DG Inspection Request

Notice:

Beginning November 1st 2021 for all projects requiring more than one inspection there will be a $250 charge for the reinspection. Once the failure occurs Precise Building Performance will email an invoice to the solar contractor company for payment. It is recommended that the payment be made right away to eliminate any delays in the reinspection. Reinspection cannot occur until the payment has been received and cleared.

If you haven't already submitted the Farmers Electric Distributed Generation Application, you must complete this step first before preceeding with the inspection request. Do not submit this form (Solar/DG Inspection Request) until the project is complete and ready for inspection.
