    As the Designated Principal Broker, (Managing Broker), I Hereby Affirm The Following Brokers Are Affiliated With My Company And Are Licensed With The State Of Indiana.

    If At Any Time SIRA Determines Additional Brokers Are Held Under The Principal Broker's (Managing Broker) Name Or Company,

    - A Violation Fine of $1,500.00 Per Licensee, In Addition To Applicable SIRA Dues And MLS Assessments Will Be Accessed To The Principal Realtor.

     - Or Appraiser Participant In Charge Of Holding Those Non-Member Licenses Or Allowing Unauthorized Access To The MLS

    Each Member Of The SIRA MLS Will Be Assigned Their Own Username and Password.

     - Unauthorized Access Will Also Result In A Fine Of $1,500.00 To The Principal Realtor or Appraiser Participant For Each Occurrence.

    If Fines Resulting Out Of Such Instances Are Not Paid In Full Within Five (5) Business Days From Notification from a SIRA Staff Representative, MLS Access For The Entire Office Will Be Suspended Until Fines Are paid. 

    As Designated Realtor Principal, I Hereby Affirm The Following Indiana Licensed Salespersons, Appraisers, And Assistants Are Affiliated With My Office.

     

  • Designated Realtor® Membership Statements

    Please read and acknowledge by initialing the statements below. 

  • I understand the principal broker (managing broker) or appraiser, according to NAR membership policy, is also referred to as the designated realtor(DR), and refers to being the principal broker or principal appraiser of an office as well as being a member of the National Association of Realtors.

  • I do not have any other indiana licensed sales persons/brokers, appraisers, or administrative assistants other than those listed above affiliated with me or my office.

  • SIRA's member policy requires that changes such as new licensee affiliations, transfers, or severances be reported to SIRA immediately-within twenty-four (24) hours. Changes in administrative assistants or office staff should also be reported to SIRA within twenty-four (24) hours. Failure to report correct information to SIRA is subject to a fine of $1,500.00.

  • I understand that as a designated realtor principal, the annual association dues, and MLS fees for my office are equal to the amount of association dues, multiplied by the number of Indiana licensees, including salespersons, brokers, appraisers, or licensed administrative assistants in my office.

  • The principal broker (managing broker) or appraiser applying for membership must hold an active real estate from the state of Indiana-no exceptions or appraiser license office fees:

    - The fee to establish a new office is $1000.00.

    -  Training and orientation for the use of the mls system is provided at no charge to new members.

    - Non-licensed administrative assistants may register with SIRA at no charge.

    - All non-licensed administrative assistants must fill out the administrative assistant application to obtain unique access creditials for the MLS. If the administrative assistant is licensed, MLS user fees will apply as stated above.
