Camden Pharmacy is offering Moderna vaccine. You can only make an appointment if you have recieved first dose of Moderna vaccine. PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT if you have received Pfizer for your first dose. Please bring your CDC vaccination card with you. Also please don't schedule multiple appointments, if you would like to cancel or reschedule please email us at pharmacycamden@gmail.com. PLEASE BRING YOUR CDC VACCINATION CARD WITH YOU.
