Northwest Medical Center Springdale Drive-Thru COVID-19 Vaccinations
What is it?
This is a drive-thru clinic at Northwest Medical Center Springdale for those eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. Pfizer will be the vaccine administered. After the first vaccine, there will be no need to make an appointment for the 2nd dose. You will come to the same location 21 days after the 1st dose at the same appointment time.

It will be located underneath the south entrance at the hospital (609 W Maple Avenue Springdale, AR 72764)
Who is eligible?
Any groups that qualify for phase 1-A or 1-B are eligible to receive the vaccine. Please refer to the department of health's site for specifics: https://www.healthy.arkansas.gov/programs-services/topics/covid-19-vaccination-plan *PLEASE DO NOT TAKE UP AN APPOINTMENT SLOT IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.
What to Expect
Please bring a legal form of identification and proof of vaccine eligibility (pay stub, badge, employer letter etc.). After you sign up for the appointment, you will receive an email confirmation that includes an attachment containing the consent form and fact sheet. Please print off the consent form if possible and bring to the appointment. Our team will review the form with you prior to receiving the vaccine. After the vaccine is administered, you will proceed to park in one of the parking spaces facing the drive-thru where our team will monitor you for 15-minutes.
