This is the initial registration form. Please complete the following questions for each camper you intend to enroll.
In order to secure your Camper(s) enrollment, submit either a full tuition payment or a non-refundable deposit payment of $200 per family (not per student) for each session plus $50 for each additional session within one week of submitting your registration form. Please note, the deposit amount of all full tuition totals is non-refundable. Deposits and full tuition payments may be paid by check or online via the invoice provided upon submission of your initial registration form. There is a $3.00 processing fee for credit card transactions. Please make all checks payable to Peacock Players.
You will then receive an email confirming your enrollment and providing you with an outstanding tuition balance and a link to additional online forms. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 7 business days, please check your spam folder and/or email email@example.com directly.
