  • In August, we will be holding vaccine clinics each Wednesday from 10 am - 4pm at the Lincoln County Health Department (607 North Sales Street, Merrill, WI 54452).

    No clinic on Wednesday, August 18. 

    Our last COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic will be held Wednesday, August 25, 2021. Find a COVID-19 Vaccine near you @ Vaccines.gov.

  • Schedule an Appointment for the First Dose of the Pfizer Vaccine

    Location: Lincoln County Health Department (607 N Sales St., Merrill, WI 54452)

    • Please arrive at the vaccine clinic at your scheduled time.
    • You will be required to stay 15 minutes after the vaccine is given and 30 minutes if you have a history of anaphylaxis reactions or if you carry an epi pen.
    • The Pfizer vaccine is very valuable and we cannot waste it!! It is important that you are committed and show up for your appointment.
    • If you become sick, have to quarantine, or need to cancel, please call us immediately at 715-536-0307.

     

    This is for your first dose. Your second dose will be 3 weeks later at the same time you select for your first dose and the same location.

    It is important to review the Pfizer EUA Fact Sheet before clinic. Also review What to Expect After your Vaccine.

     

    Things to Remember

    • Call if you are sick ASAP.
    • Call ASAP if you need to cancel so the vaccine can be given to somebody else.  
    • Wear short sleeve shirt and your face covering.
    • Get questions answered about the vaccine prior to coming to clinic by calling Lincoln County Health Department at 715-536-0307.
    • There is no cost to you for vaccine, but if you are 65 or older please bring your Medicare card (red, white and blue).
    • The Pfizer vaccine is for those 12 and older and a parent must accompany a minor at clinic.

    **If we do not have adequate supply of vaccine, we will call you the morning of your vaccination to reschedule you.

  • Schedule an Appointment for the Janssen Vaccine

    This will be a drive thru event. In the case of rain, back-up with be in-person at the Lincoln County Service Center

    Location: Merrill Festival Grounds (2001 E 2nd St, Merrill, WI 54452) (Enter on Memorial Drive)

    Rain Location: Lincoln County Service Center (801 N Sales St, Merrill) (Upper Level)

    • Please arrive at the vaccine clinic at your scheduled time. Please do not come early.
    • You will be required to stay 15 minutes after the vaccine is given and 30 minutes if you have a history of anaphylaxis reactions or if you carry an epi pen.

  • Please make an appointment after your quarantine period is up.

  • It is recommended you receive your vaccine from your healthcare provider.

  • You will need to wait 14 days from your last vaccine before scheduling an appointment.

  • If you have received your first dose from another vaccine provider, please call us to schedule an appointment at 715-536-0307.

  • It is recommended you wait until 90 days past your treatment before you get your vaccine. Please check back at that time.

  • People under the age of 12 are not eligible for the vaccine yet.

  • Pfizer is the only vaccine that is licensed for individuals under 18. Please check our Pfizer availability.

  • Vaccine clinics for this week are full. If you would like to be on the backup list, please fill out the backup list form. If you don't hear back from the Health Department by next Wednesday afternoon, please check back for new bookings.
