If you intend to bring a Service Animal on your vacation, we wish to advise you that it is your responsibility to obtain and provide the following documentation no later than 7 days prior to sailing for clearance.
All customs and other governmental approvals to disembark your service dog in the various ports of call, including a USDA certificate from the veterinarian.
All necessary vaccinations for the return of your service dog into the US and UK.
Please be aware of the following:
- You must bring the service animal’s food and medications (if any), as well as life jacket.
- The animal must always be attended to and cannot be left alone in the stateroom or anywhere else on the ship.
- A relief sand box will be provided.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Norwegian Cruise Line does not accept emotional support dogs.
