Discount is per child, and the discount is taken off your fee. For example, if you have 2 children and qualify for a 75% discount, your weekly camp fee would be reduced from $175 per child to $43.75 per child. You would owe a total of $87.50 a week for camp.
Your first payment is due upon reciept of invoice. Youth cannot attend camp if first payment isn't recieved.
Your second payment (minus the $25 deposit) is due by Wednesday, June 30th. If payment is not made, you will lose your spot.
Your third payment (minus the $25 deposit) is due by Wednesday, July 14th. If payment is not made, you will lose your spot.
Payments can be paid online, or in person using a check or cash. Checks should be made out to Bright Futures for Youth. If your payment is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), your payment amount along with an NSF service fee will be due immediatley.
Your fee pays for direct costs, such as staff, food, and materials. When you register, you are reserving time, space, staffing and provisions for your child, whether the child attends or not. Therefore:
Refunds will not be given, and no adjustments will be made for missed or partially attended weeks. Program fees are only refunded in two cases: major illness or BFFY cancellation of a program.
Once you submit this form, you will recieve an invoice with your payment amount.
Subsidy Applicants: Keep your eyes out for an email! Your subsidy will be determained and you will be notified about your next steps.
Full Pay Families: An invoice will be sent to your email.
Remember to fil out the health forms and waivers that will be sent to you after you submit this form!
