The Youth LIFE After-School Program will be in-person this year!

Location: Human Services Center, 519 Penn Avenue, Turtle Creek, PA 15145
Time: 3:30PM-7:00PM, Monday-Friday *When Woodland Hills School District (WHSD) is closed the Program is closed along with a few other days.
Dates: September 13, 2021-May 6, 2022
Grades: 1st-5th grade in Fall 2021
Cost: The Progam is offeres completely free of charge!
Enrollment is first come, first served so apply ASAP (however those that fit into the income guidelines may be considered first)!
Following CDC recommendations for COVID (details further in application).
Transportation to the Program is provided by the Woodland Hills School District as long as you live within the district. East Allegheny School District may also provide a bus to the Youth LIFE as well for residents . Transportation will not be provided home.

***If your child attends Turtle Creek STEM Academy, the District may not provide a bus to our Program. If transportation is not provided, Youth LIFE staff will walk the students to the program.
Face coverings will be required, and other COVID-19 mitigation efforts will be in effect. Youth LIFE will be held both indoors and outdoors (depending on weather).
Orientation will take place virtually and will include all Program information and a virtual tour of the building!
o Every family must have one parent watch the entire orientation video and sign a form stating you have watched the entire video clip.
o If you do not watch the orientation video, your child will not be permitted to attend the Program and your spot will not be saved.
o ALL families will be required to watch the orientation video, even if your child has participated in the Youth LIFE After-School Program in the past.

After submitting your application, Program staff will reach out via phone or email confirming your child's enrollment status. If it has been longer than a week since you submitted your applciation, please reach out to Nikki at 412-829-7112 Monday-Friday 9-4 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Applicants will be accepted on a first come, first serve, however, families that fall below the following guidelines will be given enrollment priority. Grade of students will also play a role in enrollment in order to maintain appropriate classroom sizes.
