Our Covid Rapid Tests are $70.00. We have appointments for COVID rapid tests from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We have appointments Tuesday and Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please fill out this form prior to coming for your COVID Rapid test. Please do not come into the store if you think you might be positive for COVID. Please park in the front of the pharmacy and call us to tell us you are here once the form is complete. We will take your payment when you arrive.
