Thanks for your interest in our 5th Annual Donor Dash. Please fill out the following information to qualify for a Vendor Space at Donor Dash. Set up time begins at 7:00 a.m. and your booth must be completely setup and ready by 8:00 a.m.
Vendor spaces are 10x10. You may request multiple spaces if needed for your setup. We will provide each vendor with a table and 2 chairs.
Space is free with a silent auction item valued at $50 or more.
If you are selling items, please provide a copy of your City of Tempe TPT license. If you are selling food items, provide a copy of your food handlers card. Get TPT License here
Deadline to register as a vendor is 11/15/23. We are anticipating 600 runners/walkers and approximately 800 people in attendance.
