Online Payments
In order to register for the weekend we will require this application, a completed Sponsorship application by your sponsor, and a minimum deposit of $100.00, which can be paid via Square (which takes Credit Cards) or via check, cash, or money order sent via mail.
Once you submit this application, we will send you a link to our Payment Options where you can make your payment for your candidate fees via Square.
Before proceeding with payment, please discuss with your sponsor about payment options for your candidate fees. Your Sponsor will receive an email following your application submission with the same link, so please discuss to ensure how fees will be covered.
Once we receive both completed applications and at least the minimum $100.00 deposit, which goes towards the total $300.00 fee for attending an SETTD weekend, we will add you to our weekend list. In the event that the weekend candidate roster has already been filled, you will be notified that you have been added to our waiting list. Please remember there are limited spots for each Tres Dias weekend, and becoming a candidate on the weekend is first come, first serve.
Total Weekend Fee of $300 is due prior to the start of the weekend which is 7PM Thursday evening. Deposit applies to total fee.
You can pay remaining fees by check, cash, or money order.
Please make checks payable to South East Texas Tres Dias (or SETTD) and put the full candidate name in the check Memo line.
