• CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY

  • Your appointments are very important to us at Limitless Medspa. It is reserved especially for you. We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling 24 hours – 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it. (Appointments of 1 hour or more require a 48-hour notice) 

    We require that you call one full working day prior to your appointment date. 

    You may also leave a voicemail to cancel your appointment. Without giving sufficient notice, we miss that opportunity to fill the appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, the following will apply: 

    Less than a 24-hour notice of a CANCELLATION or a NO SHOW will result in a non-refundable fee of $50 

    Less than a 24-hour notice of a CANCELLATION for an appointment with the doctor will result in a non-refundable fee of $100 

    Gift Certificates or Vouchers risk part or full forfeiture if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given. 

    Membership benefits or unused services risk full forfeiture if less than the appropriate cancellation notice is given. 

    If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened to avoid inconveniencing the clients that have a booking after you. 

    As a courtesy, our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and NO SHOW / CANCELLATION fees.

  • PRODUCT REFUNDS

  • There are no refunds on opened or unopened products unless a physician determines a medically proven allergic reaction. At which time, the product needs to be returned to Limitless Medspa within 15 days of purchase. 

  • SERVICE REFUNDS

  • All service sales are final. There are no refunds on services unless otherwise determined by management. 

    There are no cash or credit refunds. If management determines that compensation is appropriate the client will receive an estimated dollar amount. 

    Service providers are not permitted to grant refunds or service exchanges at any time.
