      REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPR Certification (FMDH can provide). Must take a competency-based delivery driver program which will be offer by employer (DME Train) and must be completed within the first year of hire date.  In addition, a post-hire physical examination must be passed before work is started.

      DUTIES: Drives truck to deliver and pickup such items as oxygen concentrators, nebulizers, hospital beds and wheelchairs, to customer’s home. Educate patients with relation to their home medical equipment to facilitate safe and effective equipment use and desired care, treatment, and service outcomes. Provide patient care, treatment, and service in a continuous and coordinated manner, in settings appropriate to meet patient needs. Promote safe, effective patient and organizational environments and equipment use. Obtain, utilize, and update patient information in a confidential and secure manner for utilization in patient care and billing applications. Recognize and implement infection control practices that reduce the risk of infections in patients and organizational staff. Records sales or deliveries information on daily sales or delivery record.

      REQUIREMENTS: Associate’s degree or higher in Biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics engineering or similar degree field. Montana State Drivers Licenses. Biomedical Industry Technical Certification preferred.

      DUTIES: Perform general preventive maintenance and repair to electronic and electromechanical equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Troubleshoot system issues and equipment failure/malfunction to correctly diagnosis and repair the problem. Communicate effectively with facility staff and train clinical staff in the general knowledge and operation of medical equipment. Document all preventive and corrective maintenance per department procedures.

      REQUIREMENTS: Business Degree in Healthcare Administration or 3 years related experience.

      DUTIES: Provides leadership and direction for Glasgow Clinic consistent with the overall organizational goals, policies and procedures of Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital. Develops strategies for the Glasgow Clinic by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to form functional objectives consistent with organizational objectives on the Leader Evaluation Management (LEM) tool that support/promote service to patients, internal service to other departments, financial stability, growth and quality of patient care. Prepare department budgets for personnel, operating expenses and capital equipment. Establishes operational strategies for Glasgow Clinic by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements; designing systems; resolving problems; implementing change.
      Ensures adequate staffing by participating in recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching and counseling of staff. Monitors staff performance and completes annual performance appraisals. Determines accountabilities for staff within the Glasgow Clinic by communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures.
      Ensures other non-direct patient care responsibilities are completed as required by applicable regulations or policy and procedure. Enhances the ability of the department to provide services through willingness to act as resource expert regarding Clinic services. Completes monthly rounding with all Glasgow Clinic office staff and the Nursing Supervisor. Assists in the resolution of staffing adjustments/conflicts.
      Oversees the patient scheduling process to ensure staff efforts and communication are directed toward the goal of providing timely quality patient care and efficient utilization of staff skills. Temporary housing, school loan repayment, sign-on bonus and moving expenses negotiable for the right candidate.       DUTIES: The Radiology CSR provides quality services in registration, scheduling and all its support processes to patients, providers and payers throughout the patient’s healthcare experience. The associate is responsible for timely, accurate and courteous registration of each patient prior to the delivery of care. The Patient Access Department provides services to supply the foundation for medical records, billing, and collections.

    • Are you a high school or undergraduate student interested in exploring a career in healthcare?

      This program has been established to provide interested students an opportunity to experience the many healthcare positions in a hospital setting.

      Those eligible for the intern program must be a high school student (at least 15 years of age) or a college student enrolled in their first or second year of college. No college graduates will be considered.

      • The program will take place during the summer months. Each intern will have the opportunity to work within different departments to job shadow/observe.
      • Each department will provide hands-on experience through job shadowing or involving the student in a departmental project.
        • Participating departments include but are not limited to: Physical and Occupational Therapy Services, Cardiac Rehab, Inpatient Nursing, Surgical Services, Radiology, Inpatient and Retail Pharmacies, Glasgow Clinics and Laboratory Services.
      • Students will be paid $11.00 per hour during the internship period.

      DUTIES: Clean and sanitize rooms and furnishings in assigned work areas following established policies and procedures, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the Hospital. Ability to work according to established schedule for specific hospital area.

      DUTIES: Applicant is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing freight. Assist with supply check-in at time of delivery and verify against order purchases. Restock floor inventories and distribute supplies to appropriate locations. Assist with daily and monthly inventory and assist with managing inventory in Meditech software system. Applicant will also learn the process of selecting vendors, purchasing supplies, and ensuring order accuracy against invoices.

      JOB SUMMARY: The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including patient care, patient/family education and transition of care utilizing the nursing process.       DUTIES: Qualified applicant will provide assistance to Physicians as directed with examinations and procedures. Duties include evaluates, plans, and implements interventions for solving patient care problems. Provides and oversees direct patient care in accordance with established nursing protocol and physicians’ orders. Prepare patients for examinations/procedures by completing appropriate paperwork and room setup.

      REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of accredited nursing program; current State of Montana RN or graduate nurse licensure; current BLS certification. ACLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE, and TNCC preferred as indicated by work area, but willing to train after hire.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. He or she must ensure organized, accurate, and efficient nursing care delivery in compliance with facility and nursing department policies and procedures.
