YANA Food parcels are packed by our partner organizations and arrive to the Support Life Foundation completely sealed to prevent tampering and contamination. All of our Bi-Weekly food packages meet USDA food safety guidelines and nutritional standards. To maintain our Contactless Delivery standards for Covid Safety, the Support Life Foundation does not open or inspect what is inside the packages so we cannot customize deliveries or remove the contents of individual boxes to meet specific religious or allergy related dietary needs; the recipients (YOU) are expected to take necessary precautions for themselves according to the food labels and are free to discard any items they cannot consume. The recipient is responsible for the safety, security, and perishability of the food parcels after delivery. Upon delivery to the recipient's indicated address, the recipient must retrieve the Food packages from wherever they have been left in a timely manner.
