Key Policy Reminders
Vaccine policy
At Peak Pediatric Care, we're all about keeping your little ones healthy and safe. That's why we require all our patients to follow theĀ schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Massachusetts School Immunization Requirements. While alternative schedules may be tempting, they're not in line with our commitment to keeping your child healthy and safe. And while the COVID and Flu vaccines aren't required, we highly recommend them for extra protection.
Missed appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least a day in advance so we can offer that time slot to someone else. We don't charge a missed appointment fee, but if you miss 3 or more appointments without proper notice, we may have to reevaluate our ability to continue seeing you as a patient.
All copays are due at the time of your visit
Our contract with your insurance company requires us to collect your copay at each appointment. If you do not pay it at the time of service, an additional billing fee willĀ apply. Consider enrolling in our secure Peak Pay program to keep a credit card on file and avoid any extra fees in the future.
Masks
We understand that getting your kids to wear a mask may be challenging, but we must follow the state guidelines for medical buildings in Massachusetts. All adults and children over 2 years old must wear masks inside our office, regardless of their vaccination status. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe!
