I will assume full responsibility for my physical welfare and the physical welfare of my family members. I will not hold Treasure Mountain Bible Camp liable in case of sickness or accident.

This registration form is complete when submitted with a $50.00 registration fee. (Register on or before July 1st to receive $15 off your registration fee!) Please pay the Registration Fee below OR, if desired, pay the Full Camp Fee.

Pastors' wives who bring 3 or more women to the conference can come for free even if they don't register as a group.
