About our Payroll Services
We utilize OnPay for providing payroll services to our clients. OnPay fees are $40 per month, plus $6 per employee, per month.
You may find that OnPay is so simple to use that you don't need additional services from Pacific Northwest tax Service! However, if you would like have our staff complete payroll processing inside of the OnPay system for your business, our rate for providing this service is $100 per hour. The rate increases by $5 per hour, effective January 1 of each new year.
Pricing depends on the complexity of your business payroll and the number of employees. Please complete and submit the Payroll Services Price Request Form shown below, then follow up with our office to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our payroll specialists. To schedule your appointment, you can call our offices, or you can self-book your appointment using our online booking system.
Payroll Services are Offered to Tax Clients Only
Pacific Northwest Tax Service offers payroll services as an additional service to our tax return clients. Payroll services are not offered as a stand-alone service and will be discontinued should you chose not to engage PNW Tax to prepare your tax returns.
If you are a current tax client and would like PNW Tax to provide payroll services to your business, or if you are a new client who would like us to provide both tax preparation and payroll services to your business, you can complete this form to recieve an estimate of what our payroll services will cost.
