Important guidelines for completing the ABMGG Genetics Laboratory Training and Medical Biochemical Genetics Fellowship Application
Checklist for this form:
* Official transcripts and original examination reports will be required ONLY if you are offered admission to BCM.
* Official transcripts and notarized copies of each diploma will be required ONLY if you are offered admission to the program.
For review purposes, electronic copies of transcripts from each medical school you have attended and diplomas can be attached to meet the application requirements for Medical Biochemical Fellowship.
For review purposes, electronic copies of transcripts from each university and/or medical school you have attended can be attached to meet the application requirements for ABMG Lab Training. NOTE: Official transcripts will be required from all graduate and medical schools attended ONLY if you are offered admission to BCM. Transcripts can either be mailed directly to Department of Molecular and Human Genetics from the institution or sealed by the institution in a signed envelope.
Please list three references, one of whom should be your current PhD mentor or post-doctoral advisor (PI); two others should be faculty with whom you have worked (which may include your graduate thesis advisor) who can render an evaluation of your professional and academic abilities. On submission of this application form an email will be automatically sent to each of the individuals you list requesting a reference. The email will request comments on your academic and personal attributes such as judgment, industry, interpersonal relationships, capacity to assume responsibility, and professional ethics.
