To potentially expedite repairs, I permit the YMCA of Northern Alberta or their designated representative (speciality contractor such as electrician) to enter my suite at any time during business hours without any further notice to myself for the sole purpose of addressing the requested repair (thus waiving tenancy rights afforded by Section 3 of the Residential Tenancy Act).I request a notice given at least 24 hours in advance for entry to the property
