Professional fees: $279 for 20 minute video consultation.

1) Cancelling a consult without 24+ hour notice will result in a full charge ($279)
2) We cannot work with NPs or PAs practicing in a PCP role. If a patient is working with a mid-level provider, the provider's practice must be directly overseen by an MD/DO who is willing to support the patient's treatment with us.
