• Vaccine Appointment Finder

    Schedule your appointment below by selecting your preferred vaccine type. The initial Pfizer vaccine is a 2-dose series, 3-8 weeks apart. The initial Johnson and Johnson vaccine is a 1-dose series. You will be asked to provide an email during your registration process, you will then receive confirmation and reminder emails. If you do not have an email, please leave the box blank. Your vaccination will be at the Buffalo County Courthouse (407 S 2nd St. Alma, WI, 54610) in the Health and Human Services department on the third floor.   • Anyone that is 12 years or older is eligible and encouraged to receive their first booster at least 5 months after their initial vaccine series for Pfizer and Moderna, and 2 months after their initial dose for Johnson and Johnson. Those who are aged 12 and older and have specific medical conditions or are receiving medical treatments that cause them to be moderately to severely immunocompromised are recommended to get an additional dose of Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at least 28 days after their initial vaccine series.

    Some individuals have the option to receive a second booster dose of Pfizer or Moderna four months after their first booster dose. This includes people who are:

    • 50 years or older
    • 18 years or older and received both a first dose and booster dose of Johnson & Johnson
    • 12 years or older and moderately to severely immunocompromised (for example, due to cancer treatment, HIV infection, organ transplant, or a medical condition like DiGeorge syndrome).
