Any family utilizing the Patiot Summer Camp Program MUST complete the Summer Camp Registration Form prior to use.
Summer Camp availablity is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis and spaces are limited. Registration fee, along with session payement by due date, reserves the camper's participation in the Patriot Club Summer Camp.
Summer Camp opens at 7:30 am Monday through Friday. Students will not be admitted into the Club house before 7:30 am. Patriot Camp is closed July 4th.
For staffing purposes, parents must reserve specific days/weeks at least 2 weeks before the desired camp session. You will receive a confirmation enrollment via email for each session.
The Summer Camp Program ends at 5:30pm each day. A late charge of $1/minute will be levied for any student not picked up by 5:30 pm. The Summer Camp Program uses the digital clock located on the sign in table for the official time. Please check that clock.
If an emergency arises and you are unable to pick up your child by 5:30pm, please call 509-551-6805, to assure both the staff and your child that you are on the way. This number is for emergencies ONLY. State law requires us to notify CPS when children are left in a program without notification from families and when no contacts can be reached to pick up the child.
These guidelines are followed in response to late pick-up:
1. Staff notifies the family and/or emergency contacts to ensure that someone is on the way to pick up the child.
2. If the family and emergency contacts cannot be reached, the child will remain with staff on campus, at a $1/minute surcharge.
3. As required by state law, if parents and emergency contacts are not reached, the school will be required to call the police.
