PROGRAM PARTNER ($500): Event Partners are investors AccessAbility fest’s objectives and disABILITYsa’s vision. Partner Organizations receive special recognition for their support in the planning, implementation and promotion of AccessAbility fest. Partner benefits include exhibitor space, Business Card Ad***, 2 hour rental of one of the portable disABILITYsa inclusion units at an upcoming event/program, parade entry fee (does not include insurance requirements), Basic disABILITYsa Membership (for or non-profit), Special listing downloadable PDF Program*, and 1 Social Media Push. Partner Members are asked to partner in the following ways.1) Have a staff member or volunteer serve on the planning team, and 2) Promote the event and presenting sponsors on our website, newsletter, and social media networks.
ABILITYSTRONG PARADE APPLICATION FEES:Nonprofit Entry Application Fee: $35 plus any additional entry fees and Insurance coverage consistent with entry type.
Small Business Entry Application Fee: $150 plus any additional entry fees and Insurance coverage consistent with entry type. (100+ employees)
Commercial Entry Application Fee: $350 plus any additional entry fees and Insurance coverage consistent with entry type. (100 or fewer employees)
ABILITYSTRONG PARADE APPLICATION DEADLINE:Applications will be accepted for abilitySTRONG Parade entries through 5pm on Wednesday, September 7th. Applications received after this date will not be considered. All entries are required to have a representative in attendance at the Mandatory Parade Meeting on Thursday, September 15th at TBD.
ACCESSABILITY FEST EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:Marketplace Vendor: $350 Includes a 6ft table & 2 chairs in the marketplace section of the event. This registration allows you to sell items at the AccessAbility fest in a specific area of the event. If you are a service provider, please note you will not be located within your organization’s service topic area. Early bird discount available through August 15th.
Forprofit Exhibitor: $200 Includes a 6ft table & 2 chairs in your company’s topic area. No solicitation of guests allowed. Early bird discount available through August 15th.
Nonprofit Exhibitor: $75 Includes a 6ft table & 2 chairs in your organization’s topic area. No solicitation of guests allowed. Early bird discount available through August 15th.
Information Only: $50 Your brochure will be displayed at the disABILITYsa Guest Information Booth and company information printed in the event program directory. Early bird discount available through August 15th.
ACCESSABILITY FEST REGISTRATION DEADLINES:Early Registration Deadline is Monday, August 15th, 2022. Rate increase will be effective beginning August 16th. In addition to early bird pricing, all Exhibitors who meet the early deadline will be entered into a drawing for a 1/2 page ad in your choice of Exceptional Kids Magazine or Senior Living Choices Magazine.
Exhibitor Registration Deadline is September 2nd, 2022. Registrations received after September 2nd will be considered, but will not be included in any print materials. Late exhibitor registrations will be accepted based on space availability after this deadline and may be responsible for the provision of their own table and chairs.
Cancellations received after Sept. 2nd and event "No Shows" will be held liable for the total amount due. No refunds will be issued after Sept. 2nd.
COMBO REGISTRATION: Small and Commercial Businesses receive a $100 discount on their parade application fee for participating as both an exhibitor and parade entry. Nonprofit organizations receive a $35 discount on their application fee. Additional parade entry and insurance fees may apply.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:Exhibitors are encouraged to provide a game or activity at their booth and bring treats to distribute. Door prize drawings at your booth are encouraged to help collect contact information for the guests visiting your booth. Table location is determined by disABILITYsa based on the order of registration. NO solicitations or sales are allowed at this event outside the Marketplace Vendor area. Service Animals are allowed to be with exhibitors at their booths, no pets allowed. Animal handler permits are required for other animal types present at the event. You may be located in an area where you are able to set-up a pop-up canopy, but weights are REQUIRED.

Please share the following information so that we can represent your programs and services accurately.
Sample Certificate of Insurance. Please provide a copy of this to your insurance company when requesting your COI.
Parade User Liability form. Please download, complete, and upload this file when submitting your registration today.
Please indicate the number of individuals in each age range that are participating in your parade entry. If none, please mark "0".
Carriage/Wagon: Please indicate the number of passengers in your parade entry (Limit 4, not including driver(s)). Proof of safe seating for more than 5 passengers will need to be provided if exception is requested. If none, mark 0.
