Use this form to order a degree or enrollment verification or to request a letter to support application for a guest visa. Allow 1 business day for processing.

All verification requests are processed by the Registrar's Office with these exceptions:

F-1 students travelling out of the US
Students requesting a letter for a guest's visa application. If you have more than three guests to invite, submit this form for the first three guests, then send an email with all required information for additional guests to:
