Students may order additional copies of their diploma by submitting this form and paying the associated fee.

All additional copies are marked "Reissued" and signed by the current administration. All replacement diplomas specifiy University of the West, even if you graduated when the university was known as Hsi Lai University.

Payment is required when order is placed. A link is provided when you submit this form. Allow six to eight weeks for processing.
