We have created the following policies in order to provide our clients with the best possible services and experiences.

Thesepolicies are necessary to avoid expenses and valuable time for both the client and the spa professionals. As we strive to provide the absolute best result for all of our clients. We ask that you please read over the Spa Policies and understand that we must enforce them in order to achieve our stated goals.

Appointments, Cancellation and No show

Please contact us at 949-485-2100 to schedule or cancel an appointment. Please schedule your appointments in advance to ensure your preferred time is available.

Atthe time your appointment is scheduled, you will be charged a $50 reservation fee. The $50 fee will be refunded on

the day of your scheduled treatment .

We understand that there will be times when you may need to cancel an appointment. If you are able to cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance there will be no fee. If it is after hours, please leave your information on our voicemail. We will retrieve it on the next business day and return your call if needed.

Ifyou cancel less than 48 hours in advance we must still compensate our staff for their time. Our staff has reserved that

time period for you, therefore, you will forfeit the $50 reservation fee.

If you are a "No Show" and you do not call to inform the staff that you are unable to make your appointment, you will forfeit the $50 reservation and it will not be refunded.

When Should I Arrive for My Appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to prepare for your treatment or procedure. Because we are a medical spa, you may need to update or complete required medical documents.

 

Due to the nature of the treatments and procedures of our medical spa, each appointment is carefully scheduled for the proper amount of time required to complete the treatment or procedure. All appointments must begin and end on time in order to provide each patient with the optimal treatment. Therefore, if you arrive late, you may not be able to complete the full treatment scheduled. You will not be provided credit for any portion of the treatment that was unable to be completed due to your late arrival. The full price of the scheduled treatment will be charged.

Service Packages & Pre Paid Treatments

In order to schedule appointments for our packages, the entire cost of the package must be paid at the time of your first appointment or prior to.

Specials and Discounts cannot be combined with packages as they are already priced at a reduced rate. All service

packages and prepaid treatments must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase or they will expire and you will forfeit the money paid.

NOREFUNDS for Service Packages or Pre-Paid Treatments. If you are unable to use an unrendered or prepaid service,

you may do a ONE TIME exchange of the unused portion at our regular pricing toward other services in the form of a
