The NEW Booster has been approved for everyone age 5 and up.
The CDC has approved vaccines for children 6 months and up. In California, pharmacists are only allowed to independently provide vaccines to individuals age 3 and over. We will not be able to administer vaccines to anyone under 3.
The Infant/Toddler Dose is available in either Moderna or Pfizer. Moderna is a two dose series given 28 days apart for ages 6 months to 5 years. Pfizer is a three dose series given 21 days between dose 1 and 2 and 8 weeks between dose 2 and 3 for ages 6 months to 4 years.
Pfizer (age 5 to 11 or 12+) requires 2 shots, 21 days apart (or 56 days for certain individuals). An Additional Dose (also known as a 3rd Dose) is available for people who are moderately to severely immunocompromised after 28 days following the second dose. A Bivalent Booster Dose is available after 2 months following either the second dose or any previous Booster Dose for individuals age 5 and over.

For Novavax, you must be at least 12 years of age. It is a 2 shot series given 21 days apart. It is currently not authorized as a booster dose.
You may select any approved brand for your Booster Dose(s).
