FMDH Clerical Job Openings

HOURS: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Possible Remote Work.

REQUIREMENTS: B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or another relevant field. Two (2) years’ experience involving the implementation, establishment, updating and/or maintenance of analytic solutions. Knowledge of SQL preferred but not required.

DUTIES: Under the general direction of the VP of Quality, the Data Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering insightful analytics and customized reports to support the provision of safe, quality care. This position is responsible for administered standard EMR reporting applications and developing tailored analytics to support operational needs. The analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data from various hospital departments to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that assist with decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED. Previous clerical, medical terminology, and computer experience preferred. 

DUTIES: Qualified applicant will be responsible for patient check-in and data entry of all patient demographics. Receive and process payments from patients. Other duties will include answering telephones, directing to appropriate personnel, and assisting in other clerical duties as assigned.

HOURS: Part-Full-Time Position; Weekday shifts; varying hours. 

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED. Previous clerical, medical terminology and computer experience preferred. CPR required. 

DUTIES: Qualified applicant will be responsible for scheduling surgeries, assisting in the coordination of surgeries, registering patients, patient information data entry and management of patient’s surgical records. Other duties will include communication with patient and family members, assisting with patient preparation for surgeries, answering telephones, and other duties as needed.
