HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm with rotating on-call (approximately one week/weekend a month)
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 4 years of IT experience, preferred bachelor’s degree, or 4-year technical college, but willing to train the right applicant MCSE and CCNA preferred.
JOB SUMMARY: The right candidate will be the face of technology at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital as a lead Help Desk person. Interacts with hospital staff completing a wide range of duties in supporting end user devices and applications. Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of the network, hardware, software and all other systems and assigned duties. Provides excellence in customer service to those we support.
