HOURS: Exempt status, Monday-Friday, on-call as needed.

REQUIREMENTS: State of Montana EMT License, Required. BLS certification. Licensed Advance EMT or Paramedic with knowledge of State and Federal EMS regulations. Experience and knowledge of EMS, including combination paid and volunteer systems, preferred. Field response and incident command experience, knowledge of ICS and its application is required. Must be NIMS compliant to ICS 400 level within 12 months of employment. 

DUTIES: Responsible for administrative ambulance work and direction of all employees and activities of STAT Ground Ambulance Service (EMS). This Director will consult with the Ground Ambulance, Medical Director in determining plans and policies to be observed in the conduct of ambulance operations. 

Responsible for the oversight of the Community Integrated Health (CIH) program, assuring adequate staffing and supervision of that staff, and State protocol adherence.

Provides oversight of operations of the Home Oxygen Department consistent with the overall organizational goals and the home- oxygen employee supervision. Assures that the policies and procedures of the Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital home oxygen department are evidenced based and current. Assures that The Joint Commission standards for Home Oxygen and Durable Medical Equipment departments are followed and the correct policies and procedures are in place.

Provides oversight of the DME department and the DME office clerk, assuring proper processes for rental or sales of home oxygen and durable medical equipment. Assures that there are accurate billing processes and reimbursement for the DME department in place.

HOURS:  Part-time or full-time, 20 – 36 hours a week, Monday – Fridays, Flexibility with hours and days, potential for remote work.

REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of approved nursing program and hold a current State of Montana RN or LPN licensure. CPR Certification preferred or required within 6 months of hire. On-the-job training provided.

DUTIES: Qualified applicant would provide assistances to Physicians as directed. Coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources, and their physician.  Provides diabetic education as instructed by the providers.  Lead in Chronic Care Management to support nursing staff and providers and attend and participate in ACO meetings.

HOURS: Full-time; Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, shifts may vary,  pharmacy is open between 7:30am-6:00pm and open to public 8:30am-6:00pm.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED required. One year of previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.  

DUTIES: Qualified applicant will answer telephones, answer patients questions and respond to requests. Operate POS system to accept payment from customers, reconciliation of the tills, preparing daily deposit, posting charges, and payments on patient accounts. Maintain storage and security for medications including shelves and storage areas as needed. Scanning and filing of filled prescriptions. Assist in ordering and receiving of inventory and supplies, checking orders for accuracy, and checking Rx and OTC inventory for outdate. Assist in preparation of returns, price, stock, and mark items for sale. Delivery of medication or OTC to patients, nursing homes, or assisted living facilities.

HOURS: Flexible part to full-time schedule with varying days/times during clinic hours.

DUTIES: Provide clinical consultations with medical providers as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Conduct initial patient assessments. Provide individual, group, couples and/or family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Develop treatment plans, document, and schedule in electronic health record.

DUTIES: Under the supervision of the nursing staff or supervisor, will provide basic nursing assistance and assist patients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or repositioning.

REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a Registered Nurse degree through accredited program. 1 year of general nursing experience preferred. Current CPR required, ACLS-preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: The registered nurse (RN) is accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including patient care, patient/family education and transition of care utilizing the nursing process. Registered Nurse will be trained in the areas of Outpatient Surgery, Operating Room and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (Recovery Room).
