Gain an alternative perspective on mental health through a Nature Based lens. 1.5 CEs are available for participating in this class.

A Zoom link will be emailed to you before the class begins. Once the class is over, a quiz will be sent out to complete in order to receive the 1.5 CE Certificate.

All CE eligible classes will meet OBLPCT guidelines. If you’d like to receive CEs through a governing board such as NASW, please contact us.

Objectives include:
- Learn about what is a Nature Based Metaphor.
- Conceptualize different aspects of mental health through Nature Based Metaphors.
- Explore tools for encouraging Nature Based Metaphors related to mental health.
