As we increase cross training team members, it's important for managers to share monthly updates about the team members that work 2 or less days per week in their department with the manager who will be completing that cross trained team member's one on one. Please complete this helpful monthly update for any team member that works in your department, but you do not complete a one on one for, as they predominantly work in another department.
