PLEASE NOTE: A SABR assessment MUST be completed at Family Strategies Counseling BEFORE registering for SABR. Additionally, ALL participants must work with a Family Strategies SABR therapist while in the SABR class. If you do not already have a SABR therapist, please contact our office to schedule a session with one (telehealth and phone sessions available). See our website for a current list of SABR-approved therapists.

I understand that I am participating in a sexual addiction and betrayal recovery class at Family Strategies Counseling Center and that the fee of $400 is due and payable before I receive materials or access to the class. The SABR class fee is not covered by insurance. I also understand that I am required to work with a Family Strategies SABR therapist while I am actively working in the SABR Phase 1 Online Class.*
