Step 1: To look up test results, first click on the portal button on the left side navigation bar.
Step 2: At the top center of the screen, you will see a navigation bar(see below for information regarding each section. Click on the New Report to view new reports, or All to view past results that you might have already downloaded or printed.
- New Report : This is where you will find all of your new reports that are reported, weather it is partial or final.
- Pending Lab Work: This is where you will see labs that are still pending and have not been reported. This is also where you will start the process of a Lab Order, weather its Clinical or Toxicology.
- Cancelled: This is where you will find orders that you have cancelled in the past.
- Search: Search the system for orders or lab reports.
- All: This is the tab where you will find old reports you have already viewed or downloaded.
Step 3: From the New Reports Screen, the red square is where you would print that indiviudal report. The blue squares show how to print multiple patinets at once. You can either select the top check box to print the whole list of results, or indivuduallly select which patients you want to print. Once selected, click download. That will bring up a window for you to either print or download them onto your computer. If you have many selected, please be patient, as each PDF is loading for each patient report. The Orange square shows an icon that you can hover over, to see which medications the patient was prescribed to.

To search for a patients results: weather it be in New report or the All tab. Search by the name, req #, or internal MRN # on the search bar to the right of the screen as seen below.
Patient Result History: Here you are able to see the breakdown of a patients result history, and sort the history based on test and date. To do so, click the graph to the right of the print report icon. You can sort it by Analyte/Test, by any date range. In the example below, we sorted this patients results for Amphetamine from 12/08/21 - 12/08/22. You can see the history of the results for this patient both in a graph and a table below. You can select as many analytes as you want, by default everything is selected. These can be exported out to an excel spreadsheet or a Adobe PDF File.
