Appointment Form Existing Plan Review

Please understand that you are booking a 2-Hour Existing Plan Review Session. Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable fee of $95.00* to secure this time slot with the attorney.

Once you schedule, we will send you all that you need to get prepared so that you can leave the session with the total confidence of knowing you have made an informed, educated and empowered decision for yourself and the people you love.

By preparing for the session itself and completing the pre-session homework, you will feel more confident that none of your hard-earned assets will be lost when something happens to you. And, you’ll immediately have the confidence of knowing you are doing the right thing for yourself and the people you love.

Next you will be taken to our online scheduler on the next page. Please schedule your appointment with at least two weeks in the future, so that you have plenty of time to get your pre-session homework completed and returned to us prior to your Existing Plan Review Session. By completing and returning the pre-session homework, you will get the most out of our time together. (If you need a sooner appointment, please contact our office.)

Plan to spend the full 2-hours together, and bring your spouse or partner to the Existing Plan Review Session. If your spouse or partner can't make the session for any reason, please call us at least one week in advance to reschedule.

NOTE: WE WILL BE BLOCKING OFF TWO FULL HOURS ON OUR CALENDAR TO MEET WITH YOU, TO THE EXCLUSION OF OTHERS. Understand that time is valuable and is the only thing that can't be returned. This session is valued at $950.00, BUT THIS FEE CAN BE WAIVED IF: You return your Pre-Session Homework at least a week prior to your scheduled session.

If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least one week (7 days) in advance of your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full amount for your session.(Please see our cancellation policy)
