Parks & Recreation Rental Application

DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY EVENT NO EXCEPTIONS

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY THIS CONTRACT WILL RESULT IN FORFIT OF DEPOSIT AND MAY AFFECT FUTURE USE

Tribal participants, individuals, and groups are required to pay a $150 deposit.

Deposit is required to secure date of event and must be paid at time of rental.
All events must be scheduled two weeks in advance.
Non-Tribal Members will be charged $200 nonrefundable fee plus $50 deposit.
Wakes and Funerals will have priority. You will be required to reschedule or relocate in the event of a funeral or wake service. If a wake is all night, it is mandatory that a family member be present the entire night.
The Deposit fee will be waived for tribal members for a funeral and wake.
The building is available for community activities such as meetings, pow-wows, handgames, family gatherings, funerals/wakes.
ALL applicants will need to clean and sanitize properly after every event due to Covid-19 protocols required by Cheyenne Arapaho Tribes Department of Health.
Parks and Recreation reserves the right to make a final decision as to which events qualify for the use of the building/pow-wow grounds.
DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED.
ALL EVENTS MUST BE OVER BY MIDNIGHT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL EMERGENCY RESPONSE CENTERS ARE SMOKE FREE BUILDINGS!
ACTIVIES HELD IN TRIBAL BUILDINGS AND POW-WOW GROUNDS ARE ALCOHOL & DRUG FREE
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING
NO PETS ALLOWED

The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes are NOT responsible for accidents, theft or injuries that may occur during the event.

All Events are to end promptly @1am

Please read and initial required responsibilities for the rental.

I agree on the clean-up inspection to acquire my deposit.*

Monitoring children is MANDATORY at any event.*

The renter will be responsible for any damages.*

I will not dispose of any grease in sinks or restrooms.*

I will clean & sanitize all areas including sinks, countertops, table, & chairs.*

All trash must be picked up and containers emptied and taken to dumpsters.*

Floors will be swept and mopped after any event.*

Kitchen is clean.*

Bathrooms are clean.*

Chairs and tables are put away.*

All trash must be picked up around the entire Pow-wow grounds.*
