15th Annual Sporting Clay Shoot-Out

This year’s event location is the G.O.L Shooting range at 11919 LA Hwy 697 in Maurice, LA. For more information about the shooting range, contact Bart Bellaire at (337) 501-1780. Proceeds from the event will help fund the JonCade Thomas Clemons Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Enclosed is the entry form and sponsorship information for the tournament. Shooters must provide their own shells (2 ¾ “, 7 ½, 8 or 9 shot only) for the sporting clay event. Shells can be purchased from G.O.L Shooting if needed. Early registration will be available on Friday, March 26th from 12:00 – 5:00 at G.O.L Shooting. Registration on the day of the event will begin @ 7:00am and the 1st Flight will start @ 8:00am. The 2nd Flight will start @ 11:00am. Shooters will be allowed to register as they arrive and start shooting after a safety briefing is conducted. All scorecards must be turned in after completion of each flight.
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to ensure shirt size and to expedite station assignments. Entry deadline for pre-registering is Friday, March 24, 2023. Walk-up registration will begin on Saturday morning at 7:30am.
Cost will be $150 per shooter in the Adult division, $100 per shooter in the Junior division (18 and under). A team is made up of four shooters. Flights will be determined on first come first served basis. Again, all scorecards need to be turned in after completion of your flight. Flurries and/or Longbird tickets will be available for purchase the day of the event.
Golf carts are not necessary as transportation, but are available for rental at $100 for the day of the event. Golf cart inventory is limited; please reserve and pay for your cart rental fee in advance. However, you may bring your own means of transportation on the course. Only golf carts or mules are allowed. Four Wheelers are strictly prohibited. You must provide and wear eye and ear protection!!!!

SPONSOR AND ADVERTISING INFORMATION
G.O.L Shooting is holding the JonCade Thomas Clemons Memorial Sporting Clay Shoot-Out on March 25, 2023. We are offering several advertising and sponsorship options.
SPONSOR LEVELS
TITLE SPONSORS: The Title Sponsor will have name in title and on all tournament literature as well as printed items at the event such as T-shirts given to participants. Special listings on banners on site for tournament and special recognition will be given during the shoot. Sponsors are encouraged to set up tents/trailers and give away promotional items and refreshments in the designated areas. One team registration is included with the title sponsorship.
COST: $1500
STATION SPONSORS: The Station Sponsor will be allowed to place signage around a designated shooting station. Sponsors are encouraged to hand out promotional items at their station (refreshments, samples, bumper stickers, hugger, etc.).
COST: $700
DONATIONS: Donations are welcome and can be made at any time. (If donating with no team please list Company / Name under Team Captain.
