FORM- Fire Drill Report

This form is to document fire drill occurrences and the details of each fire drill. This form is to be completed each time a fire drill is conducted.

Fire drills are required to be conducted every 30 days. One fire drill must be conducted the first week of school. August and September should contain a minimum of three (3) fire drills. Copies are to be given to the principal and the administration to be kept in a permanent file. The start time and end time of the drill must be recorded on this sheet.
