Car Seat Installation / Inspection

Door County Government Center in Sturgeon Bay
This is a free service for Door County residents provided by a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician from Door County Public Health. Appointments are held on the fourth Thursday of each month and are approximately 30 minutes per car seat. Please schedule an appointment for each seat requiring installation/inspection.

Appointments are held inside the Government Center's maintenance garage. Enter from Oregon Street near intersection of 5th and Oregon. The Government Center is located at 421 Nebraska Street, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.

It is recommended, but not required, to have all children who use a car seat present at the appointment. Arriving with all children fastened into their car seats allows for the most thorough car seat check and education.
