The STEM/Robotics Camp is for any students interesting in science, technology, engineering and math. Working in the Engineering Lab in The Academy’s SPIROL STEAM Center, students will explore coding, engineering, robotics, and 3D Printing. In this hands-on course, students will be challenged to rethink how they think: you live in a 3D world, but do you think and problem-solve in 3D? Students will work among a creative team of flourishing inventors to brainstorm, sketch, model, print, and build. By the end of the week, students will have the knowledge and skills to utilize 3D thinking, 3D modeling, and 3D printing as tools to solve problems in the everyday world!
